Tap water in DB

It either comes out of the tap cloudy and takes a while to clear, or it comes out clear and smells strongly of chlorine. Anyone know what the problem is?

Totally agree that water is putrid; "problem" was raised by Dalgety Bay & Hillend Community Council 3 months ago. Scottish Water requested individuals write to them direct in order that purity (or otherwise) can be assessed..

When we lived in the Bathj area a number of years ago,a problem was heavy deposits of lime on kettle elements, steam irons,coffee makers etc. In order to get "clean" water we purchased a water filter, Since coming to Dalgety Bay, we bought a new water filter in Tesco, Dunfermline. This cleans the water and takes away the smell.
