Scouts in Dalgety Bay have been celebrating victory in the annual Woolmer Trophy, a competition to test Scouting skills between local troops.

Local craft expert Rachel Henderson will be in Dalgety Bay library on Saturday 27th February
Dalgety Bay's own craft guru Rachel Henderson will be appearing at Dalgety Bay Library on Saturday the 27th of February from 2-3.30pm, as part of the Celebrating Fife, Local Heroes campaign.
Rachel was born in Dalgety Bay and studied Art and Design at college before specialising in Textile Design at Art School in Aberdeen. Her career took off when she took up a prestigious job as a consultant for Rowan. Since then, she has been busy writing several craft books as well as setting up her own company - Rachel Henderson Crafts, based in Edinburgh.
Rachel will talk about her career, taking us through her craft journey and will answer any questions you might have. Feel free to bring your knitting with you on the day.
Tickets cost £2.50 (£2 for Premier and Super Fifestyle) with refreshments included.
