This Website has been created to serve the needs of the residents of St David's Harbour property development at Dalgety Bay, Fife.

 

 

The aim is to foster links between us all to ensure that we can communicate when necessary to manage our joint affairs in this wonderful little village. We hope to see a healthy growth and content that will not only be of particular interest to our community but also attract a much wider audience.

 

 

The FORUM is the principal means to communicate. Here you can exchange views and ideas and contribute suggestions for inclusion on our website.

I have been here in a top floor seafront appartment now for 3 years and love it. Two issues for me have been 1) the ongoing issues concerning the Factor (Hacking and Paterson) and 2) the isolation of being retired and being in an appartment.

Both areas of concern were greatly adressed when the St Davids Harbour Website was created. Not only was there a good exchange of how to adress issues on the forum but a sharing of energy costs and providers, local recommended tradesmen, local good places to dine, local transport advice etc. etc. I appreciate that many people like me after a busy professional life wish a degree of anonimity ... privacy ... solitude.

This is good if you have a means of communication with others around concerns in relation to managing our properties and general quality of life.

I have so appreciated the efforts of Robert Huxton and Graeme Horton in particular. They are now at the end of the phone for any exchange about absolutely anything.

This allows me privacy and yet support ... a big THANKYOU to the St Davids harbour Website!!!
