Dalgety Bay Art Club
Dalgety Bay Art Club has a membership of over 100. Our members are active in a wide variety of art and crafts including watercolour, acrylic, oil, pastel, collage, card making, jewelry, glass fusion, textiles...and more!
Clubhouse
We meet in our own clubhouse which has central heating, tea/coffee making facilities, toilet, internet connection and excellent lighting. We have a comprehensive lending library of books, videos and DVDs and also a wide range of art and craft equipment to use for copying, mount cutting and framing. The club also runs a small shop of art and craft supplies.
Opening Times
The club is open to members at the following times:
Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 - 13:00
Wednesday & Friday 19:00 - 21:00
At these open sessions members come along to work, share ideas and/or have a cup of tea and a chat.
In addition to open sessions the clubhouse is used for demonstrations, workshops and classes. We also arrange trips to galleries and other places of interest.
Exhibitions
The club holds two major exhibitions each year in Dalgety Bay Parish Church Hall. Entry is FREE so come and have a look at what we do.
New Members
Dalgety Bay Art Club welcomes new members. Membership does not assume or require any standard of proficiency; an interest and enthusiasm in art/craft is all we ask. Please note that members must be 18 years or older.
Website
The website www.dalgetybayartclub.co.uk holds up to date information about club events. Members can access Artyfacts, our official newsletter, and can display their work in the Gallery.
